The Islamic Finance Council (IFC) UK and Scottish law firm Tods Murray are leading the initiative. Islamic and ethical finance are closely related and the sector is growing rapidly. According to an industry expert, Islamic finance will be worth $2 trillion (1.2 trillion) globally by the end of this year.
Speaking ahead of the meeting, Graham Burnside, chairman and head of banking at Tods Murray and IFC board member, said, We have seen ethical finance debate gain real momentum in the last 12 months.
We know that the financial services industry is fully behind the proposal and there is no doubt that Scotland is now well placed to develop the worlds first centre for the development and promotion of ethical finance, which could in turn stimulate the development of innovative financial products.
Last year, figures released by the IFC found that more than 50% of Scots want to see some of their money invested using green or ethical criteria. This signalled the opportunity for the creation of an ethical finance hub.
Swinney commented, Providers of ethical finance have the potential to position themselves as a viable alternative to mainstream institutions within the financial services sector in Scotland which will inevitably benefit consumers and the industry itself as increased competition drives standards and promotes innovation.
According to the organisations, Scotland could also see investment of over 100m in public projects from Islamic capital markets as a result of new powers to issue bonds. From 2015 the Scottish government will have the additional power to issue investment bonds.
Burnside said, This additional source of borrowing paves the way for Scotland to establish a suitably rated sukuk bond which, according to the Islamic Finance Council, could comfortably leverage well in excess of 100m from Islamic capital markets.
The use of these powers could offer a way forward for large scale infrastructure and renewable projects, which is an area of real interest to Gulf investors and one which is generally acknowledged is in search of funding.
The firm added that such a project would bring together key players from government, financial services, academia and the third sector to facilitate both commercial investment and thought leadership.

Male Organ Bumps – When Not to be Concerned
One or more bumps on the male organ are bound to cause a man concern, whether they’ve always been there or appeared suddenly. Generally, if male organ bumps appear all of a sudden, it’s a good idea to get checked out; they could indicate a partner-transmitted infection or some other cause of poor male organ health. However, not all bumps pose a health risk or are contagious. Below, men can learn about three types of male organ bumps that are harmless.
Pearly Papules
It is estimated that approximately a quarter of men have what are called pearly papules; the majority of men with this type of bump are uncut. The bumps are small and white or flesh-colored. They are distinct in that they form in one or more rows around the ridge of the male organ’s head, almost like a pearl necklace. The bumps range from 1 to 3 millimeters.
Pearly papules are a completely normal anatomical variation; they pose no risks and are not the sign of a problem. Still, some men are extremely self-conscious about the bumps and want to have them removed. The only way to do so is to have them cut or frozen off. This is an absolute last resort, since the papules are harmless.
Fordyce Spots
Some men have small white or yellow bumps along the male organ shaft and/or on the head called Fordyce spots. They’re oil glands that produce oil to lubricate the skin, and they are harmless. Fordyce spots can’t be spread, their cause is known and there is no treatment besides surgery.
Surgery isn’t recommended for Fordyce spots because, as with pearly papules, these bumps pose no risks. Procedures to surgically remove these bumps are not always successful, and sometimes they result in scarring. Men should consider whether it’s worth the risk.
Acne
Acne on the male organ? Yes, it can happen. As with skin on other parts of the body, male organ skin contains pores, and each pore contains an oil gland; when a gland produces too much oil, it clogs the pore, trapping dirt, skin cells and bacteria. The result is a pimple.
Pimples range in size and typically have a white or black head. They tend to be sore, and the bump itself along with the surrounding area might be red. Men may find it particularly painful if the pimple rubs up against clothing.
Though unpleasant, the occasional pimple on the male organ isn’t any major cause for concern. If acne is constant, men should consider talking with a doctor about potential treatments or prevention methods. Traditional treatment for acne involves salicylic acid, but this might be too harsh for the delicate male organ skin.
It should be noted that a common partner-transmitted infection can be mistaken for pimples. Therefore, if there is absolutely any doubt as to what a man is seeing, he should get checked out.
While most people think it wise to pop pimples, squeezing can actually drive the infection deeper into the skin. Difficult as it may be, men are advised to let pimples heal on their own. Avoid solo or partner play while the pimple is present to prevent friction on it.
Overall Skin Health
Men with normal skin variations shouldn’t be concerned or self-conscious about their members. What’s important is the health of the tool. While the types of bumps above are nothing to fret about, it’s good to mind the overall condition of the skin. Sometimes, the skin can grow dry and develop cracks. Using a quality male organ health crme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) with Shea butter and vitamin E can be helpful in this area. Keeping the skin smooth and hydrated will reap benefits, whether the male organ has bumps or not.

How The Internet Changed The Face Of The Stock Market
The Internet has affected the way we live our lives. It has made the world smaller. Now, information is at a persons fingertips. It has elevated online transactions to greater heights. Goods and services can be purchased online via websites. Book a trip, order a take out, bid at an auction, all in the comfort of your own home.
Financial services have also been improved greatly by the Internet. People no longer needed to queue in banks to affect a transfer, or to go to the nearest automated teller machines. Even stock trading has not escaped this assault by the Internet.
Before, the only way to join the trading bandwagon was engaging the services of a broker and trusting them with your money and stock portfolio. This was both a complicated and harrowing experience for the average Joe. Today, virtually any ordinary person can trade stocks on their own, needing only an account which they can open with their preferred bank and an access point to the Internet. Only their financial
skills and finances can limit them.
Stock information usually limited to business programs in televisions and newsprint are now made available by several sources on the Internet. Large brokering firms now provide stock market reports, tips and forecasts to subscribers for a fee.
Buying and selling stocks can now be made by a trader over the Internet using online exchanges. Banks now offer stock trading online to depositors as a way of investing and growing their money. Between May 1999 to January 2000, the number of US households trading stocks and shares online jumped 30 percent from 2.7 million to 3.5 million.
Investment portfolios had also increased 32 percent from $100,000 to $132,000. Even stock brokers have gone online in the hopes of landing more clients. Already, 466 new online stock trading firms have opened in Sweden, 685 in the UK and 1178 in Germany.
Even the face of the stock market has changed considerably with the entry of Internet-related businesses. Over the years, startup companies providing online services, web content and electronic commerce have also put up their stocks in the market. Companies providing services over the Internet such as online search engines have posted some of the most profitable stocks in recent years.
The effect of the Internet on stock trading over the years has been significant. Now, more than ever before, investors are taking control of their own investments, relying less and less on personal brokers.

The learning and the growth of the business may just go for the balanced scorecard questionnaire that will go into accordance with the nonfinancial measures. The internal business processes may result to the learning of the material and this resort to the balanced scorecard initiatives that have been successfully implemented along with the management system.
The balanced scorecard questionnaire follows a certain conventional pattern which combines the financial measures that are listed in the balanced scorecard initiatives.
