Decorating a room with a personal photography canvas print

When it comes to decorating your home it can be a challenge, not only for budget but it also present a challenge with getting inspiration and ideas of how you would like it to look. Going online if you have a computer to hand is always a really great way to find out some ideas and get some colour schemes into your head as to what you want to decorate that room with, maybe you want a chocolate brow couch in that room or maybe you want to paint the walls all different colours like duck egg blue on one wall and then yellow on another. Whatever you choose to go with its always a good idea to keep your mind open and try and focus on a couple of different ideas and targets, especially if you’re looking to decorate that room with wall decoration like canvas prints or posters as they can tend to look really great if you get the colours and picture just right.

Let’s say your decoration your new born baby’s room and its going to be a boy. You could of course paint it blue and you could get some cream stuff in there to like a cream cot which would look lovely. What if you were to decorate the walls with some loving photos of mum and dad for your baby to look at wile it sleeps or while it sit and looks up in the mornings or at night before it goes to sleep. It would be such a wonderful thing for your baby to looking up and see mum and dad in a photo canvas print that was professional made and processional take taken by a talented photographer. That would be such a treat for your baby.

Lets fast forward a few years, once you baby is all grown up then it would be a lovely idea to get that same photographer to take some up to date photos of you and your little family and then you can change your canvas prints that you have hung up previously up in your baby’s room to new canvas prints, that’s a great idea if you’re looking to freshen up a room. You don’t have to go over board and decorate the whole room, simply by changing a few of the wall dcor or little ornaments can always to a room such wonders. You also have the option of printing art or Disney images or things like that on canvas prints for your little Childs room; whatever they are likening at that point in time would be a great idea to lift that room with colour and happiness.

If you’re decorating a room downstairs then there’s so much you can do depending on what style or look you’re going for. There are lots of interior magazines you can look at for ideas and there lots of website online that can help you achieve the looks that you want. Having wall decoration is a stunning way to not only brighten up a room but it also shows of personality and shines off the feeling that you went to a lot of effort to get the look you have.

If you’re in to a certain band or you really like a film star then getting photos of them to decorate your home with is also such a brilliant way to be happy with your home decoration. You could get wall murals of your favourite movie scene or you could simply have some really detailed photography canvas printing made from your favourite holiday destination. If you were to get your favourite holiday destination on a canvas print then it would simply remind you of that lovely holiday you had at that certain place which is just brilliant.

Changing Landscape of Financial System

Changing Landscape of Financial System Ajay Singh Chief Executive Officer Forbes Technosys Ltd

-The Forbes platforms is highly efficient can be readily linked with the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System,- says Ajay Singh. In Conversation with Mohd Ujaley.

You have a strong focus on BFSI sector. How do you look at some of the key flagship programmes of the government such as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and MNREGA? Forbes Technosys Ltd has a wide range of solutions for BFSI sector, all of which are designed with latest technology and by ensuring security standards that are in line with the changing landscape of banking and financial systems. To facilitate the cause of Financial Inclusion, MNREGA and DBT, we have developed an entire range of both centralised and doorstep delivery solutions, which can be utilised depending upon the requirements of the government, and the accessibility related factors in the remote areas. Forbes has installed centralised delivery solutions, which aim to provide solar energy to the rural areas and also provide wide range of banking and other services. A large number of other government schemes can also be linked through these solutions, thereby increasing the viability of these solutions. We are also delivering doorstep solutions which are specially designed for use by BCs in remote areas to provide basic banking services. To increase the scalability of Forbes Solution range, all the Forbes platforms have been provided with multifactor authentication systems, which can be readily linked with the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS).

You have been working for the government for quite some time now. How has been your experience? Other than BFSI domain, we are catering to sectors like power and telecom. We have deployed self service bill payment kiosks in almost all the major power utilities and telecom companies.More than `1000 Crores is being collected annually through our systems. Forbes Technosys has Government (DGS&D) certified information kiosks and various G2C (Government to Citizen) kiosks, which are deployed at various Municipal Corporation and Government departments like Tourism, etc. Our ATVM (Automatic Ticket Vending Machines) and POET (Passenger Operated Enquiry Terminals) machines are active in majority of metro railway stations. Forbes Technosys has developed Enterprise Mobility solutions and Canteen Management applications. We cater to many PSUs, which have large employee base. We have also developed HR leave management solutions and tourism kiosk. These kiosks can act as point of information and action for employees of those organisations and also for the visitors. Forbes has also developed cash and cheque collection solutions for insurance companies, and tax departments. For environmental awareness, Forbes also has developed Carbon Footprint Kiosks, which are placed at various government institutions, thereby offering a unique experience to visitor, for calculating his Carbon footprint and making him aware for reducing these. We have developed self-service solutions, through which citizens can interact with the government departments.

In order to facilitate financial inclusion of people from remote areas across the country, government has developed the plan to introduce micro-ATM and Business Correspondents. Do you see this space as a business opportunity? As a first step towards driving these unbanked masses into the banking stream government is looking for various initiatives like micro-ATM, Business Correspondents, etc. This is indeed a noble initiative and it will help in bringing more transparency in the way financial subsidies are managed. However, the system has its own constraints. In my opinion, the best possible way to check leakages and ensure safety of the payment system is through Electronic Cash Transfer. In this case the beneficiary gets access to his entitlement only after authenticating himself through the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System.

Aadhaar is indeed a revolutionary step forward, however de-duplication of the data seems to be the biggest challenge. What is the best way forward? The data captured through the Aadhaar System should be linked with different government organisations like banks, NIC, Police department, Municipal Corporation, RTO etc., for maximum advantage. The data captured should be fragmented and disseminated to the involved government departments. The government should also promote and deploy self service platforms and solutions, which are based on biometric authentication along with user account details, this will certainly lead to more efficiency and transparency.

Separation Agreement

Separation Agreement
A Separation Agreement is a written agreement otherwise known as a Deed of Separation which is suitable for married or cohabiting couples who have agreed the terms for their separation and want to record these terms in a formal legal agreement. By recording the agreed terms in a formal written deed there is no scope for future dispute over the agreed terms. The agreement will be legally binding and can be used for establishing the terms to go in a future divorce petition.

Who to Inform When Your Marriage Ends
You may need to get in touch with the following:

Landlord or housing office;
Housing benefit office;
Council tax office (England and Wales);
Mortgage lender;
Water, gas, electricity and telephone companies;
Tax office, particularly if you’re getting tax credits;
Your bank, especially if you have a joint account;
Hire purchase or credit companies;
Insurance companies, particularly if you have joint policies;
Post office, if you want mail redirected;
Your doctor, dentist and child health clinic.

Separating Informally
If you and your partner are married, you can separate by an informal arrangement. You will need to inform some or all of the people listed under heading Who to inform when your marriage ends.
However, any informal arrangement made when you separate may affect future decisions if you do ever go to court.

Whats Included in a Separation Agreement?
When preparing to draft the separation agreement each party must produce full and frank financial disclosure, showing documentary evidence of their assets and liabilities. Each party exchanges this information with the other. Then the discussion takes place and hopefully an explicit separation agreement can be drawn.
Examples of what you might want to include in an agreement are:

To live separately
Not to molest, annoy or disturb the other partner
To provide financial support (maintenance) for the other partner. A separation agreement would normally say that maintenance will stop if the partner starts living together with a different partner. Any agreement not to apply to court in the future for financial support does not count legally
To provide financial support (maintenance) for any children of the relationship. Any agreement not to apply to a court or to the Child Support Agency in the future does not count legally

Do I have to Financially Support my ex?
If unmarried, neither partner has a legal duty to support the other financially either during or after the relationship. However, a separation agreement might include a point that states, for example, that you will continue to provide financial support to your ex unless they start living with a new partner.

What are the advantages of a Separation Agreement?
The principal advantage is that is allows parties to reach agreement in relation to financial (and other) issues without having to go to Court. Such agreements can also serve to provide evidence that the parties have actually separated and that they consider the marriage is at an end. This may be helpful if proceedings for divorce are commenced at a later stage.

Judicial Separation vs Separation Agreements
Unlike separation agreements in which the Court has no involvement, judicial separation is dealt with through the Court. The procedure is similar to divorce; however, judicial separation does not actually bring the marriage to an end. It provides evidence that you have formally separated which could be helpful in any future divorce proceedings. It allows you to formally regulate your financial affairs by way of a Court order since the Court have powers to make the same orders that are available on divorce and those can be varied or enforced.
Can I revoke Separation Agreement?
If a couple decides to stay together, they may revoke their separation agreement.

What happens if we have a Separation Agreement and then get Divorced?
Should you and your spouse subsequently divorce, provided your Separation Agreement is drawn up properly and isreasonable, a Court is unlikely to interfere with it and will usually seek to uphold the provisions contained in it.
Future Amendments in Separation Agreement
A well drafted separation agreement will allow for future amendments by either direct written change by both parties or a process of mandatory mediation or, as a final alternative, resort to the courts.
Enforcement of Separation Agreement
Reaching an agreement with your partner is not necessarily the end of the story. You need to make sure that the terms of the agreement or court order are carried out. If one of you does not comply with the agreement, and if you are unable to sort out any dispute or misunderstanding (either directly or with the assistance of solicitors) then it is possible that an application would need to be made to court.
If you were not married or in a civil partnership, then you or your former partner can probably enforce any written agreement that was made as a contract and ask the court to uphold its terms and force you or your former partner to comply.
If you were married or in a civil partnership, then there are a range of enforcement options potentially available to you. Exactly what you can do will depend on the type of obligation that your former spouse or civil partner has failed to comply with. For example:

The court could order that maintenance payments are paid directly from salary.
The court could place a charge against a property owned by the person who failed to pay you a lump sum of money and for the property then to be sold.
As a last resort, the court to send your former spouse or civil partner to prison.
The court could enforce maintenance payments for children

You should speak to a solicitor about which of the options may be best for you.
Enforcing a court order can be expensive and take time, so you need to bear in mind the potential costs of taking action as against the benefit of enforcing the agreement.

Are there any drawbacks?

There are some drawbacks toSeparation Agreements, including thefact that they are harder to enforce than a Court order.
In addition, a Court can, following an application by either of you in subsequent proceedings, make orders that differ fromthe provisions of the agreement. However a Court will only alter the terms of a Separation Agreement with good reason, for example, if theagreement is unfair or defective.
An error in properly identifying property rights in a separation agreement, or failing to note the intentional omission in the other party’s do-it-yourself draft, could mean a significant financial difference to the trusting but naive spouse, in their old age.
Therefore, it is highly recommended to take formal legal advice so that one of the parties to the agreement cannot subsequently claim that they did not understand all of the contents of the agreement.
